Good
The location is good, near the metro and bus stop and not in the most sketchy area of termini. room is clean and the air con worked ok, the late check-in and two single beds was the main factor to pick this hotel.
the bed was not comfortable, it was an old mattress with a hole in the middle that you lay dawn you get stuck there. the owner was nice but he didn't speak English so I was not able to get any info from him, basically no interaction.

Wonderful
It was a really nice stay. We checked in rather late, but the host was nice and friendly. We appreciate the water bottles that he gave us. Everything was clean. We found two towels for each person, a hairdryer, cups, and a very clean electric kettle. Downstairs you can do pretty good coffee and have some sweet things with it. I would like to thank you once again for your hospitality and kindness! Outside was a little noisy in the evening, but not for a long time and we slept like a baby after a long day in the centre. The hotel itself was very quiet.
As it is not very far from Termini station, you can meet some "strange" guys hanging over there. I was with my daughter, but nobody even thought to disturb us.

Very Good
Location was great ! easy access to metro Vittore Emanuel - 1 stop from Roma Termini. A lovely park at the metro- lovely to have a picnic there .. lots of activity and a good vibe. Close to supermarket Conad. Lots of restaurants close by too. We were given cold water bottles every day- and Lavazza coffee machine available 24/7. We were super impressed as had an issue with our toilet- and received immediate help ( at 21h30 at night! ) .
